Recipe - Candy Bar Pie ...
SNICKERS Pie...

even though this is a Pie - it's made of candy bars....
Candy Bar Pie
1 package (15 oz.) Pillsbury All Ready Pie Crust
Filling:
5 mini 2.07 oz. SNICKERS Candy Bars
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
12 oz. cream cheese - softened
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
Topping:
2/3 cup milk chocolate chips
3 Tablespoons whipping cream
Preheat oven to 450 F.
Prepare 9 inch pie crust in pie pan - according to package instructions.
Bake at 450 F. for 5-7 minutes or until pie crust is very light golden brown.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Reduce oven temperature to 325 F.
In a small bowl combine cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
One at a time add in the eggs beating well after each one.
Add peanut butter, sour cream and beat mixture until smooth.
Cut up the mini candy bars in half lengthwise into pieces
that are about a 1/4 inch eac.
Spread the candy bar pieces over a partially baked pie crust.
Pour the mixture you made earlier over the candy bar pieces. Bake
for 30-40 minutes or until the center is set.
Remove from heat and cool completely.
In a small saucepan - heat whipping cream until very warm.
Remove from heat.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Stir until melted chocoate chips are smooth.
Spread over the top of the pie.
Refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving.
Store in refrigerator.
